Protection

Not Just Stored. Protected.

Cold pressing deserves thoughtful storage. Light, heat, air and time can influence the quality of edible oils. Seedcraft therefore treats the bottle as the final stage of the process, not merely the container.

Why amber glass?

Helps Reduce Light Exposure
Amber glass filters a portion of visible and ultraviolet light reaching the oil, helping create a more protective storage environment than clear packaging.
Non-Reactive Material
Glass does not need to become part of the oil. It provides a stable food-contact surface and does not impart plastic taste or odour.
BPA-Free
Glass itself contains no BPA.
Reusable & Recyclable
Glass can be reused responsibly at home and is widely recyclable where collection facilities exist.
Premium by Purpose
The weight, feel and appearance are elegant, but the choice is functional first: protect what we worked carefully to extract.

What amber glass does and does not do

Amber glass helps protect against light exposure. It does not make oil immune to heat, oxygen or time. Customers should still close the cap tightly and store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and the heat of the stove.

The Seedcraft difference

Our protection philosophy is simple: if we take care during extraction, we should continue that care after extraction. The bottle should respect the oil too.
