Extraction

Pure oil deserves a pure process.

Seedcraft oils are made with a simple principle: intervene less, care more. We use carefully selected high-quality seeds and a disciplined cold-press process designed to retain the oil’s natural identity: its aroma, flavour and character.

The Seedcraft extraction journey

01

Select

We begin with carefully selected, high-quality seeds. The emphasis is on sound raw material, cleanliness and consistency.

02

Inspect & Prepare

Seeds are checked and prepared for extraction. Foreign matter and unsuitable material are removed as part of clean handling practices.

03

Clean Equipment

Extraction is carried out using food-grade stainless-steel cold-press equipment. Equipment and food-contact surfaces are cleaned and maintained before extraction.

04

Press with Control

Oil is extracted under controlled conditions. Temperature is monitored as part of our cold-press discipline, preserving the oil’s natural character.

05

Small-Batch Attention

Working in considered batches allows closer attention to the raw material, equipment, process and finished oil.

06

Store & Protect

Freshly extracted oil is transferred into high-quality, food-grade stainless-steel storage containers. The containers are kept securely closed to minimize unnecessary air exposure and help reduce oxidation. A dedicated dispensing tap allows oil to be transferred without hands, utensils or other objects coming into direct contact with it, supporting clean, controlled and hygienic handling.

07

Settle & Filter

The oil is allowed to settle and is filtered as required to prepare it for clean bottling while respecting its natural character.

08

Bottle with Care

Clean, dry amber-glass bottles are prepared for filling. The oil is filled, sealed and labeled with attention to hygiene and traceability.

09

Protect in Amber Glass

The finished oil leaves the extraction process in amber glass, helping reduce light exposure during storage and everyday use.

Hygiene at every step.

Hygiene is not a slogan.

Clean handling is built into the process. Production areas, food-contact equipment, storage vessels and bottles are maintained with hygiene in mind. Team members follow defined handling and sanitation practices, and any product-quality or process concern is treated seriously.

Every drop starts with care.
